If you have already connected the SDK to your APP, you can view the connection status of your APP on the application list page.
There is a 10-15 minute delay in refreshing our connection status. If you find that the status has not changed, please wait patiently and refresh the page.
When your app status changes to Integrated, you can open the app through different devices and IP addresses to perform on-hook testing.
When you use different devices and different IPs to hang up. Our SDK data is relatively accurate, but if there are different devices with the same IP, the SDK will automatically deduplicate the IP, which may result in less valid data.
Please note that our dashboard data is refreshed at 0:00 every night, so you need to check your test data on the dashboard the next day.
